Home Fortune reminder and optional tips
When you request a Home Fortune refresh reminder, Houses with Frankie collects the email address, optional first name, selected Fortune path and focus, the choices shown on the form, and confirmation and delivery status. A confirmation email is used to verify that you control the address.
The refresh reminder is a one-time message. Helpful interest-based emails are a separate, optional choice that is unchecked by default. If you select and confirm that choice, your information is connected to the private FollowKind CRM so the requested educational emails can be organized and sent. Those messages include an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw permission at any time.
Costume Oracle and Amazon links
The Halloween Costume Oracle sends the choices you make to a small matching service on this website and returns one costume result at a time. It does not ask for your name, email address, complete birthdate, or birth time. A short list of viewed results and Surprise Me usage may be stored on your device so the experience can offer variety. Shared result links identify the costume, not the answers used to reach it.
To discourage automated copying and abuse, the matching service keeps a short-lived request count tied to a one-way protected representation of the connecting network address. The raw address is not stored in the Costume Oracle review system, and the temporary count expires automatically.
Some optional shopping links are Amazon Associate links. When you follow one, Amazon may receive information about the referral and use its own cookies or similar technologies under Amazon's policies. Houses with Frankie may receive aggregated reporting about clicks, ordered items, and qualifying commissions, but does not use Amazon tracking identifiers to identify an individual visitor. You may build the costume with items you already own or purchase items from any retailer you prefer.

Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
When you submit a form, schedule a conversation, call, text, or email, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property address, real-estate goals, timing, and any message or property details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, the site and its service providers may automatically receive limited technical and usage information. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate geographic area, dates and times of visits, and interactions with buttons or features. Web-server logs may also record requests for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Comments and public content
You do not need a public website account to use Houses with Frankie. If comments are enabled on an article and you choose to leave one, WordPress may collect the information shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser information for moderation and spam detection. Information you post publicly can be seen by other visitors. If Gravatar is used, an obscured version of your email address may be sent to that service to check for a profile image.
How information is used
Information may be used to:

Houses with Frankie does not sell or rent the personal information you submit through the website.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
The website uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand website traffic and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process information such as device and browser details, pages visited, referral information, approximate location, and on-page interactions. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.
The Home Fortune experience also uses browser storage to remember limited preferences and reduce repeated fortunes on the same device. This information stays in that browser unless you clear it. The homepage and Home Fortune scenery use Philadelphia local time and a fixed Philadelphia-area forecast. These features do not request or use your device’s location. If the forecast is unavailable, the site uses a default scene.
You can limit or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking some storage may affect site features. Google also offers information and controls at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers and external services
We use service providers to operate the website and respond to requests. Depending on how you use the site, these may include:
- DigitalOcean and related website software for hosting, security, backups, and technical operation;
- WordPress and WPForms for website publishing and form submissions;
- Google Analytics and Google Site Kit for measurement and reporting under Google’s Privacy Policy;
- Open-Meteo for the fixed Philadelphia-area homepage weather scene, under Open-Meteo’s terms and privacy information;
- Calendly when you choose to schedule a conversation under Calendly’s Privacy Notice; and
- email, telephone, and brokerage systems used to communicate with you and provide requested services.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites or services take you outside Houses with Frankie, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or provide a service you request; with the affiliated brokerage and relevant real-estate professionals when reasonably necessary to assist you; when you direct or consent to the sharing; or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or secure the website.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, for legitimate business and brokerage records, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form and may contact Frankie by another listed method. You can use browser controls to limit cookies or clear locally stored information. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that you previously submitted, subject to applicable legal, brokerage, transaction, and recordkeeping requirements.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience seeking real-estate information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through the website.
